New post indicator
 

I got the following request:

"At that board there is an 'unread posts' indicator that shows right below the 'Welcome ________' It is really helpful because I can click on that and read all the new posts that have been made. I find this is such a time saver instead of trolling through all the forums to see where the new posts are and it helps me not miss any. Can that be activated here as well? "

I browsed through the control panel settings but couldn't find anything like that option to activate. Could someone help me out please?
