Installing a mod
 

Hi People.

I have searched and searched for instructions on how to install a modification to no avail.

I am trying to install this mod

All his instructions say is the following

Unzip ms_vopt_38.zip
Upload bitfield_ms_vopt_38.xml to your /includes/xml folder.
Import the ms_vopt_38.xml into vB using the AdminCP Product Manager. If upgrading from an earlier version* then set Allow Overwrite to Yes.
In the Usergroup Manager edit the usergroup(s) you want to see the links (disabled by default for all usergroups).

Now it states.... import the ms_vopt_38.xml into vB using the admin CP product manager.

How on earth do I do that. Please can someone spell it out like I am a 5 year old.

This is the first ever modification I will be installing.
