Active Member Problem
 

I'm using 3.83. The Active Members function has never worked. I have checked vBulletin Options/forum Home. I have set the time cut off/days. and have turned on the Active Members option.

It always reads "0" (Active Members 0) not matter what I do.

How can I repair this problem?
