Viewing direct image links.
 

I am able to view direct links to images on my forum* but the other administrator cannot. He gets redirected to the index whenever I try to show him an image hosted on the forum. I assume there is an account or usergroup exception somewhere since I can see them and he can't* but I can't find this setting. Can someone please tell me where this is?
