Time Limit on Editing of Posts differs on different threads
 

I've got a user who can't edit his posts after posting in some threads* but in some others* he can. I checked this settings:
'Time Limit on Editing of Posts
Time limit (in minutes) to impose on editing of messages. After this time limit only moderators will be able edit or delete the message. 1 day is 1440 minutes.

Set the value to 0 to allow users to edit their posts indefinitely.'

This is set to 60 minutes so he should be able to edit immediately after posting. Are there any other settings I should check?
