timing validation message

is it possible to make a editable timing for "validation or warning message" ?

When user is posting a message (if moderation is ON) the system is displaying an alerte page :"your message is under validation by moderator".

But the display timing is too short... user don't have time to read all the message.....

do you have a solution ?
