vB 4 looks ugly
 

vB 4 looks just ugly. The colors are generally "weak". It look all washy and nothing fits together.

Sometimes the corners are round* sometimes not.

The color sheme seems to be bit random (dark blue here* blue there* bright blue here* there a blue box* there a bright blue box* ....).

Especially the big thread-icons (to show if a thread is closed* has new posts* etc.) are much to big and does not fit the style. Also the text (size* formatting) of the threadnames in the threadlist are too big and do not fit the rest.

It all looks bit random* like a lot of people where doing different things and nobody knows whats going an. Does not look professional and much more like a free forum.

I think what most people want is a forum and funtionality. What they don't want is random stuff and supposed to be nice looking stuff that has no sense in it. Hope you can change a bit for the release version and maybe try to get some things from the old kier-style back into vB 4 (3.8 was looking very good an strong* less washy). Hope so see that in vB4 as well eventually :)
