Inline Moderation Moderators can only moderate their own assigned areas
 

In vBulletin currently* Moderators are able to infract out of their assigned areas (If I assign to "General Discussion" they still have the ability to infract people posting in "Advertising"). I would like moderators to only have moderation tools inside their own assigned areas. What is the point in assigning them to that forum if they are then able to go around infracting everywhere else on the board?
