can i have a private dev installation for testing/staging with only 1 license?
 

I notice that when I buy vbulletin I have to specify the installation URL. As a web developer* we normally have a development location on our development server (we dont distribute this to the public* but it could be accessed by anyone with that URL). I would like to have the install on the live server* but a backup on the dev server for testing. Is this possible?
