Error 500 After Moving to New Server (IIS7)
 

Good evening* all. I am running into a problem that I am having no luck solving. Hopefully somone here may have some tips for me on this!

My site has been running for quite a few years now. The server was getting a bit elderly* so I decided to move things to a new box. I did a clean install of Windows 2008 Server (SP2) with IIS7. This server is dedicated to the website and it is the only thing running on it.

I installed PHP 5.3 (non thread safe) in FastCGI mode as various guides recommend. I tested the install and the info page loads just fine. I loaded mySQL and imported a backup for testing.

The phpinfo function works fine and the page loads as it should. However* when I try to access any vBulletin page* I receive a 500 Internal Server Error message. I have checked permissions and nothing obvious is jumping out at me. I copied a php file that runs the info command into my forums directory and I am able to load that without a problem* so PHP files are loading from there.

I tried removing PHP and copying over the version from the old server and just running it in ISAPI mode* and I get the same results. I am quickly running out of ideas of where to look next. Anyone have any suggestions?

PHP Versions: Many. Tried 5.3 and 5.2.11 and 5.2.5 in both FastCGI and ISAPI modes
vBulletin: 3.8.4
