PHP 5.2.x
 

I just talked to my hosting provider* they show that PHP 5.1.4 is installed on their shared hosting servers. They use Red Hat. They said that this version or another 5.1.x version of PHP is all that Red Hat supports. They said they are hesitant to upgrade to 5.2.x until their is support from the PHP provider. I noticed that vb4 requires 5.2.x

Is there a possibility I could use vb4 with this 5.1.4 of Red Hat? They said it was probable that it could run on it* but they weren't making any guarantees. They said they planned to update as the PHP provider increased their support for higher versions.

Can a Vbulletin staff chime in and tell me if you guys have had success with vb4 on Red Hat 5.1.x??

Perhaps Steve Machol can chime in and tell me what he thinks?
