My forum is slow* i don't know what to do..
 

Hey everybody * in the last couple of week my forum is started to slow* like getting lags* for few seconds.
i tried to changed host and it didn't fix this problem.

my server load is
20:56:44 up 5 days* 1:13* 1 user* load average: 0.55* 0.47* 0.41

and i'm on a simple host*not vps or something like that.


is there any chance that this problem is because the vbseo?
