How to go live?
 

I've been setting up our forum on a test server* and it's just about ready to go live. I need to know what to do to move (copy) to the production server.

We're working with 2 entirely different servers* not a test directory on the same server* if that matters.

Are there directions for doing this somewhere?

Any helpful hints?
