3.8 vs 4.0
 

I'm not sure where to ask this but I would like a side-by-side in 4.0 or what's-new in 4.0 from the members point a view.

What I mean is* what will our members see that is so different? What functionality can we pass on to them before an upgrade?

Before any upgrade we always post an announcement telling them change is coming and what's changing. They can careless what we as admin* owners and mods see. They only want to know what's going to affect them.
