What issues are there with running PHP in cgi mode with Suphp and phpsuexec?
 

I have a combination of reasons why I need to run php in cgi mode. I know in the optimization threads* it isn't recommended. I am wondering what issues I will have running php in cgi mode with Suphp or phpsuexec.

Is one (Suphp or phpsuexec) better than the other for vBulletin?

Is there anything I need to know before switching? Or* is switching to cgi such a bad idea with vBulletin that I need figure something else out?
