Moved Forum / DB to another webhost* Error Messages now

I moved over the /forum and imported the mysql db into the new host* but for some reason now the forum is missing things like the login box/user controls as well as some text at the bottom like "current users" and "current users" using flashchat. Also when I login to AdminCP several of the menus on the left have *'s around the names.

Also when I login to AdminCP I get the message "Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in [path]/includes/functions_login.php.

One thing I did change on the new server is that I merged my forum db and my main site db into one on the new server. As an extra FYI the new db name is not the same as the old server.

Would love to hear any suggestions.
