Custom Template to Show Usernames determined by Profile Option
 

How would I go about creating a template which shows a list of usernames (seperated by spaces) who have select a specific option in thier user profile?

i.e show all usernames who has selected "South Central" in custom user field27

Just so you know* I'm trying to generate usernames for pass PMing.
