Moved to new domain and now just blank screen
 

I recently copied our VB 3.8.4 forums to a new server with the same versions of Apache* PHP* and MYSql (Windows Server). I have updated the config.php and resolved the database errors however now I simply receive a blank white page with no errors. When manually entering the AdminCP URL the login form is displayed however it also leads to an empty page. If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate the help.
