Moved to new domain and now just blank screen
 

I recently copied my VB 3.8.4 forums to a new server with the same versions of Apache* PHP* and MySQL (Windows server). I have successfully imported the backup sql and edited the config.php to reflect the database changes. I no longer receive a database error however I simply have a blank white page (when viewing the page source it is empty). When entering the AdminCP URL manually I can view the login form but also receive a blank page upon login. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help.
