When logged in margins of default style seem to zero out
 

Before you login* my site looks fine and the margins are perfect.

While logged in* beneath the navbar* the margins decrease or zero out* and my floating tab overlaps the site.

The problem seems to be coming from the navbar template. I've been backing up and restoring master/default styles and after placing my custom navbar back into the good working marginal setup* it starts to overlap again.


What can I do?
