Container code for home page
 

I wish to have a home page that relies on the User selected style.
eg - the home page shows no forum information* its just a welcome page.

What is the minimum 'container' code that I need to use for that?
eg - code to create same header / footer / style as the user selection in the forum.
The body text / images that I add to the 'container' would remain constant

All of the forum code resides in the /forum/ directory
