Will VBulletin Publishing Suit support UTF-8 fully ?
 
I'm a chinese customer. For Beta 4* I find it's encoding isn't UTF-8. So for the future version* Will VBulletin Publishing Suit support UTF-8 fully ? Or* how can I change the default encoding to UTF-8? Thanks.
