Please add a simple way to edit avatar size values *globally*

These values could still be overridden per User Group/per Style.

IMHO there should be a place in the Admin CP that defined avatar sizes. This could either be a separate section in the main Admin CP or inside an Avatar Stylevar* but the most important thing is that since most forms have one avatar size for all user groups* and I believe also (normally) one avatar size for all styles* any solution that means that admins will have to edit avatar sizes several places should be avoided whenever possible.

This setting could of course still be overridden if the admin enters a different value for a user group or for a specific style* but in general - and based on the many questions on this forum regarding editing avatar sizes only the last month* the best solution would be to have one global setting for this that everybody would easily be able to find without dealing with anything complicated.

I don't like apps that aren't highly customizable (which is a main reasonI like vB)* but simple idiot proof settings are important too* and can live well along with customization options.
