Downloaded vB4 but getting 3.8
 

I purchased the vB 4 and when I download it says I am downloading 3.8 in one place and 4 in another. The zip file says 3.8. I know this is a Beta* but do I have the Beta or the 3.8? Why do you have to make this confusing and frustrating?
