CMS Suggestion with thread promotion
 

I see a really big need in this case:

imagine
you wrote an article in the forum* moderator promoted it to the cms article.

people will be commenting in two different locations and comments will be not connected to each other* two different types of comments in two different places about the same thing/article

my suggestion is: why not to make forum and cms articles connected?
