Problems after getting hacked
 

Hello everybody*
My forum got hacked* using a forumhome message with redirection. So I restored the forumhome template and the website came back. An also I was told that to remove the forumhome flaw I need to remove this statement from the showthread template :

Is it right that the said statement could allow the hackers get it? And is by removing it forumhome will be secure? Even if I can see it has no relation.
Anyway* after restoring the website the problem a problem occurs* is that I can't add topics and replies* and I get the message "Your reply is too short. Please Make your message at least 10 fields." (something like that* because I get the message in Arabic).
I looked for assistance in arabic forums* they suggested uploading the original style file so that the actual style gets lost functions* and after that download the actual theme which will have restored lost functions. I did so but in vain* particularly that I can't download my style file. and I get an error message.

I restored teh header original template* but the problem persists.
Would you help me solve this problem?
