how to change or add to navigation bar
 

hello i do hope someone can help ....

ive installed a garage to my forum www.club-vaux.com on the navigation bar its all good till you use the drop down menu and the colour of the text is bearly readable.

can anyone tell me how to change the colour of the text just for that menu?

i would also like to add HOME and FORUM to the navigation bar - how would i do that ?
