Today at 7:51 i started getting emails sent to me about MYSQL GONE away* ive been getting around 10 emails per minute saying

MySQL Error : MySQL server has gone away

I asked my host to look into it they said this

I was unable to locate a specific cause for this issue on the server. It looks as if you are hitting the process time limits and your processes are being killed* however I also see that you have several processes that are hanging and sleeping:

Additionally* I see that your database has a table (post_index) with over 3*150*000 rows. This could lead to signficant query times resulting in your queries running longer than our system allows* and therefore the queries being killed.

You may wish to contat vBulletin for assistance with this issue. If they can determine where on the server this issue exists* we would b more than happy to assist further.

So what the heck is going on? How do i sort this out? I dont understand how before 7:51pm i wasnt getting this then it started.

2nd thing is.. i dont have anyone using my forum at all.
