Exporting emails
 

How do I query the database and take the emails from the users table* but excluding those that checked the option to not allow admin to send emails?

Also* how do I via a query check or uncheck that option for a user?

Reason I ask* is that I need to setup an form that allows for signup and removal from a newsletter without having to be logged in. Just to signup or remove the email from future sendings.
