I have 2 domains and one licence

can I use my licence in both domains

For Example:

Similar Forum But Different Language

My licence for this domain .com www.vbulletin.com it has an English language
and I need use this licence with .US www.vbulletin.us it has other language

If NO

please tell me what should be do ?
