super moderators to moderate new users??
 

Im sure ive seen this option somewhere* but in my vbulletin 3.8 only admins can moderate new users through /admincp

is there a way super moderators can mdoerate through /modcp

very positive that it can be done but i cant seem to find out where the settings for it are
