Install stuck on step 7
 

Anyone know why my install will not make it past step 7? I had the same problem with beta 3* and now on beta 4. It just says Please wait. then the page fully loads* and nothing happens. I let it sit there for a long time* so if it was going to do something it would have by now.

Please help!

ALSO: I'm trying to install the CMS not just the VB
