upgrading have a question.
 

I currently have version 3.8 and with the vbseo url's. I am looking to do a fresh install without loosing any members or posts. I don't care to loose the vbseo url's (for now). Can someone tell me how to upgrade this?

I thought i could just do a database backup of certain tables and then upload them to my new fresh installed database but i don't know what to backup.
