Notices not showing
 

Hi* I didn't pay any attention to Notices* until today* I thought that I would just put up one for Happy Thanksgiving. I checked on "User using default Style"* since that is all I have. Left everything else default. I have no idea where it is suppose to show up* but I don't see any notice anywhere.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
