User Interface Navbar
 

As posted here* it should be much easier to edit the navbar elements.

There should be a page in the acp where you can add links set the usergroups which should see them & sort them with drag & drop.
To save serverressources* this links shouldn't be added at runtime into the template* instead after editing them* there should be a save button and when you click it* the template should be compiled and saved.

It isn't hard to code it* i'm working on an add-on which will make this
