Changing CSS doesn't Change CMS
 

I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem on one of my forums.
When I changed CSS on one of them it also changed the CMS (HOME) style* which is
what I wanted and that's fine.

However* when I implement same setting and working on same Style Vars for another forum
it changes the Forums colors just fine but NOT the CMS. So one forum is fine the other is not*
any suggestions as to what could cause that and how to remedy?
