VB4 for 95$ only?!!!
 

Hello

While I am surfing the internet I found out people selling vb4 licenses and other versions for the life time licenses which is approximately 95$ only. Others are saying that these versions are suite Too .and when I asked why the prices are so low; they have responded that these are used licenses.
My question is that legal and true* if it is* I need to know the difference between the used license and the new one. And why your prices are high at your site comparing to that which I found.:(
