What do you suggest for my installations?
 

I have a current site with 3.7.4 installed and active.

I have purchased two copies of the vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite* one for that site and another for the site that hasn't been installed at all yet.

I'm going to have the one site upgraded from 3.7.4 to the 4.0 Pub Suite and the 4.0 Pub Suite installed on the new site as well.

Is the upgrade to 4.0 and the new install of 4.0 each $150* or is the upgrade less expensive?

When is it likely that the Gold version of 4.0 Pub Suite will be available for these instalations? I want to wait until vBulleting 4.0 Publishing Suite Gold is available before I have both of these installed* so I only need to pay for installation one time.
