Cannot login to AdminCp
 

Hello I cannot login to my admin cp for somewhat reason* I got a continuous loop at the admincp login window.
I uploaded the tools.php to the install directory* reset the cookie path and removed the tools.php file.

Anyhow* I still cannot access the login page as it says now:

tools.php still remains in the /install/ directory.

This poses a security risk* so please delete that file immediately. You cannot access the control panel until you do so."

This is not true* I removed the file but it keep getting this error! How can I do?

Running 3.7.1. with no hacks.
