Which provider would you choose for first vBulletin?

Supposed you were just starting out and going to launch a forum with 0 current users and knowing there are many competitors to your forum.

However*

You also want to post up 720p videos on that site with tutorials* lots of pics* etc. and have photo albums and not have to worry about space or bandwidth. The users should have all the options they require and not be told they must upload pictures within a certain size etc. I'd want lots of SPACE for the users and little limitations for their file uploads.

Also consider that since there is a good chance the site will fail and not be many users* you want the price to be as LOW as possible for the next year.
