Setting up Google Sitemap
 

This is probably a bit basic* but not being too familiar with code etc* I do not know where to implement this. I am trying to insert the meta tag supplied by google to verify ownership. It is telling me to insert the meta tag:

What specific file do I need to find to implement this? Thanks for the help as I am lost.
