Redirection
 

Hello* I was wondering how I would go about posting an image as a forum section name and make the image redirect to a certain section on the forum.

For example: Someone clicks the spanish flag below* and it'd redirect that person to a section of the forum titled "Spanish Section" Or something along those lines.
