Header & Footer
 

I know that you can set what appears in the header and footer of each page. I have seen posts here regarding that. Heck* I have even done that :).

The problem is that now I don't see where I entered the information so I don't know where to change it. (it's a good thing this is "semi-anonymous"* because I would hate to have to admit this face-to-face :S)
