attachments thumbnails
 

hi.
I've imported my board phpBB 2 to vB 3.8.4.
During I've installing vB forum I've created new user (nick: XXX).
I've imported all attachments. All is ok* but only XXX user can see images-attachments thumbnails. I've run 'rebuild attachments thumbnails' but it still does not work.
How to fix it? I want to all users can see attachments thumbnails (images).
