Locked Out! Admin banned everyone via an IP!
 

One of the admins on the site has managed to ban everyone with a mistake in the Banned IP setting.

Any hints as to how to edit this setting when you can't even log into the admin site because of it. (That really should not happen!)

v 3.5.2 by the way.

Edit: I've edited the banip setting in the setting table* removed all the IP addresses and it still acts as if I'm banned.

Is this information cached somewhere?
