Re-Setting Counters??
 

I usually ban members that I know are spammers or bots but I also just delete the members if I know they are spammers but I do make sure that they haven't posted and if they do post I first delete the posts and then I delete the users.

Which counters can I refresh to wash the member count as well as the posts that I've deleted.

I see the counters but it says that I will lose the count if I do.

Help?
