question on licensing and 3.8 vs. 4 beta
 

We purchased the 4.0 license a few weeks ago* and our current vb license for 3 expires in the first week of Dec. The question I had is* are we allowed to legally run version 3.8 past the current expiration date until the full version of 4.0 is released* or do we have to switch to the 4.0 beta before the expiry date?
