Forcing soft-delete for all
 

Hello*

I've searched for a while* but I couldn't find: how to force that all admin* supermod* mod can only soft delete? Of course* I can go and edit permission for each supermod and mod* but it takes time. And it will even take more time when I switch* and allow them to hard delete later.

Is there any place that I can modify the default permission for supermod?
