running beta along side 3.8
 

Just a quick question that may have been asked. If I install a copy of VB4 in a new folder with the config.php pointing at the current database will it alter the database in a way that will stop the old version working? I just want to be able to start using the beta and getting all the mods and hacks done while also allowing the members of the old forum to come and have a look.
