Installing VB on new host before DNS changes
 

I'm moving my forum from IPB to VB (on a new webhost) and still have the existing forum running.

I'm to the step 9 of the installation and have a question about the "BB URL" and the "Home URL" options on the General Settings.

Since I haven't moved my DNS over* my website on the new host is http://ipaddress/~username and the forum address is http://ipaddress/~username/forum.

Can I proceed like this or do I need to change my DNS so that I can put the real domain name in those fields?
